British boxer Joshua said he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to build hype for next month's heavyweight fight.

"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to really want to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul instead criticized ex Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he showed up," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."

In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Paul's Background
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mostly boxed MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
However, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's largest money-making draws, consistently making massive paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently being planned for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul declared.

As the two fighters participated in the usual confrontation, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how improbable this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is really going ahead.
